Extra Challenge 2:
Draw your Tribute character as a Capitol character. What would they be like if they had been born in the Capitol?

Con will be the biggest queer.
And slender.
Because, who the fuck works hard enough to look like a bear in the Capitol?
He'd probably be taller too. XD
'Cause he wouldn't be stunted due to putting a fuck ton of muscle on at an early age.

But yeah.

I went a little crazy with colors.
'Cause, I figure, it's the Capitol.
They're gonna have more crazyfuck colors and weird shit than what I've been seeing from current Capitol peoples XDDDD
After all, Capitol Fashion was based kind of on the crazy 80s stuff XD
SO I HAD FUN.
WEE.
Terrible death colors. |D

I was gonna have him dye his hair and have a different eyecolor, but, THEN HE WOULDN'T LOOK REMOTELY LIKE HIMSELF.
So, I settled for insane colors and lots of piercings. XD;
